Retired Parents Repaired the Roof of Their Older House

My parents were recently retired, and were greatly looking forward to the exciting new chapter of their lives.  Since they lived in an older home, doing a round of maintenance tasks was at the top of their lists for things to accomplish.  My father read up on how to install roll roofing, since that was the area in the need of the most repair.  My mother would take care of anything on the inside of the home.  The entire project took about two months, but the results were nothing short of jaw dropping.  Their home looked brand new, and of course, this had my father beaming ear to ear.
