I Do Not Mind Sharing the Secret to My Flat Abs
In high school and even college I was known as the pretty but chunky girl. Like so many young women, I had convinced myself that I was just big boned and would always have a round figure, complete with big belly. By the time I was forty two and had accepted an invitation to a class reunion, I decided that my weight was not healthy and not attractive. It took several months to get most of the weight off and and I faithfully used my abs rocket to shrink my belly. At my reunion almost no one recognized the thin, sleek me and everyone asked me the secret to my figure. I graciously shared my “secrets” with them.
