Doing Warrior II Yoga Pose to Grow Taller
This yoga exercise is one of the grow taller stretches that focus on strengthening the limbs. Stand tall with feet together, hands by the sides, chest up and neck stretched. Part your feet about twice hip width. Rotate the left foot 90 degrees left and the right foot 45 degrees left. Bend the left knee until it is exactly above the ankle. Raise your arms up over your head. Now lower the arms until they are horizontal - left arm pointing in front of you and the right arm pointing backwards. Hold for a few breaths, retract and relax. Repeat on the other side.
